  2. Add the Milk warm Water and bring everything together with your hands then tip onto a floured surface and Knead for about 5 mins. or about 3 in a stand mixer - you may need to add a little extra flour if sticking.
  3. Slightly Oil a large bowl and transfer the Dough ball into it will a few more drops of oil and Tightly cover with Clingfilm - Allow to rest for at least 1 hour or until at least double in size..
  4. Flour the work surface and tip out the dough divide into 6 (I do 4 as I love LARGE Sandwiches or can do 8 if prefer "fun Size"). Roll each into a ball and place on a Buttered Baking Sheet - using another baking sheet or anything flat press down so that you flatten the balls - cover with a dry clean Cloth and let them rest for another 30 mins while you pre hear oven to 200c.
  5. Before placing into the Oven slightly flatten them again - so they are around half their thickness..
  6. Traditionally you slightly press your thumb into the centre to make a dent (optional) then bake for 15 mins - turning half way though the cooking.
  7. Allow to cool the slice and add the filling of your choice. I love to toast these too in the morning with lots of butter and Jam - WOWWWWWW !.
  8. Can Freeze for about a month or eat within 3 days - Enjoy..
