  2. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes now add all powdered masala cook until oil separates from gravy.
  3. Now add boiled cheakpea and saute for 2 minutes and add water to adjust consistency and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame and serve hot with Bhatura.
  4. Mix all the ingredients which are mention for Bhature and knead the firm dough leave it for 1 or 2 hrs roll out into oval shaped sprinkle some finely chopped fresh coriander leaves while rolling.
  5. Heat oil in wok for frying Bhature  Deep fry till the bhaturas puff up and both sides are slightly golden brown in colour..
