The ingredients needed to make Fried Rice:
- {Take of cold/leftover cooked white rice.
- {Get of butter.
- {Make ready of medium chopped yellow onion.

- Add onion, garlic,celery and carrots. Saute until onions are transparent (about 5 minutes).

- Push your veggies to one side of your skillet and start to scramble your eggs on the other side. Once eggs are cooked you can blend them in with veggies..
- Season with pepper.
- Then add a small amount of rice, and a little soy sauce, small amount of rice and a little soy sauce (keep alternating until it's all mixed) you may or may not need to add more soy sauce. Do a taste test at this point to see what you prefer..
