- In a pressure cooker take soaked white peas and onions..
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and ginger garlic paste..
- Cook it for 4-5 whistles or till it becomes soft and then add chaat massla...
- After cook lightly mash chole with spoon..
- Make 8 big size balls from the dough..
- Stuff chole in dough balls and close it..
- Place on greased baking tray for 30 minutes..
- After 30 minutes it becomes double in size..
- Mix some butter in milk and brush it on dough balls, and sprinkle some sesame seeds over balls..
- Bake buns on 200 degree for 15 minutes..
- After baking buns immediately brush butter on top of buns..
- Soft chole buns are ready..
