Steps to make Chole:
- Take pressure cooker heat it now pour Mustard oil,add all whole spice like cumin seeds, black pepper cloves, star anise,bay leaf,2 red chili, saute it for 1 min now added Sliced onion, again saute till onion turn it's colour.
- Now take a mixer jar transfer chopped tomatoes, onion ginger add little water make a fine paste.
- Now pour the tomato paste into,saute onion,and fry till oil separated, now added all dry ingredients and mix well.
- When masala is perfectly cooked and oil is separated from the masala now added mix curd into it and make sure the flame is low.
- Now transfer the soaked Kabuli chana into masala mix well and add little Ghee again saute it for 2,3 min in medium flame,now added water as required and let the vissile come (5,6 vissile on low to medium flame).
- Chhole is perfectly cooked now serve it.
