- Salt leaves and wash thoroughly.
- Cut leaves to tiny slices and set aside.
- Boil Beaf until soft, strain and put stock aside.
- Pour in Palm Oil, Grated tomatoes and scotch bonnet, Fry Gently.
- Add seasonings and spices and mashed ginger and then stir.
- Pour in beaf and stock and cover to steam. Allow to stay for 2mins..
- Put Ugwu and wonder leaf first and cover for 10mins.
- Put remaining leaves, stir and cover for 5minutes..
- Serve singly or with any other meal of choice..
