Steps to make Chingri Macch:
- Clean wash and deveined the prwans.. marinate the prawns with salt and turmeric.Keep it aside for 10 minutes...
- Heat oil in a kadhai.And fry the prawns lightly..
- Keep it aside...
- Add mustard oil and one teaspoon ghee in a kadhai..
- Add one bay leaf and whole garam masala In the oil..
- Add sliced onions..
- Saute it till golden brown...
- Add onion and ginger paste.Add turmeric and red chilli powder...
- Cook it for one minute.Add chopped tomatoes and salt...
- Cook it till the tomatoes become soft..
- Cook till the oil separates from the masala.....
- Add fried prawns...
- Add coconut milk..
- Add whole green chilies...
- Cover the lid..
- Cook it in slow flame for 3 to 4 minutes...
- Add remaining one teaspoon ghee and garam masala powder...
- Cook it for half minutes..
- Turns off the flame..
- Serve it with boiled rice...
