- Boil water in a pan, add salt, few drops of oil and mix. Add noodles and cook till the noodles are 80% cooked..
- Take noodles out of water and run them under normal water once.Sprinkle few drops of oil and mix. Keep them aside..
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and saute for few seconds in high flame..
- Add onion, green chilli and ginger. Saute for 2-3 minutes..
- Add cabbage, capsicum and carrot. Saute at high flame for another 2-3 minutes..
- Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, salt, vinegar and tomato sauce. Saute for few more minutes..
- Garnish with some chopped onion. Serve hot..
