  1. Boil chickpeas with clove black cardamom & bay leaf in cooker for 20 min. Tomato garlic & ginger grind in grinder for masala..
  2. Add oil in cooker for roast red chilli, then add masala paste. Roast it till brown add all dry masala ingredients..
  3. Again cook it for some time on low flame till oil separate. Now transfer boil chickpeas in it. Cook it on low flame till water of chickpeas proper boil..
  4. It ready for serve. For rice in a pan add oil jeera & chopped onion roast it till dark brown. Add salt garam masala & water in it. Leave it on low flame cover with lid..
  5. After proper boil you can saw the colour change of water it become natural fawn colour..
