  1. Lets make kulcha first Mix sugar and dry yeast in lukewarm water. Mix well. Keep aside for 5min. Take flour in a baisan. Add 2tbs oil, salt, curd, yeast water and mix. Add water and make dough..
  2. After making dough apply 1tsp oil and cover and set for 1hour. Make equal size balls.
  3. Take a ball and roll it bit thick. Apply kalonji and coriander leaves. With wet hand press coriander leaves. Take a pan heat it sprinkle water and place the kulcha on it and apply water around it. Cover and steam it on medium flame. Once you see bubbles flip it and apply water around kulcha and cook till its done.Apply butter on both sides..
  4. Chole- Boil chole. Add salt in cooker. After 2 whistles reduce flame for 6 to 7 min. Chole should be soft. Grind tomatoes and 4green chillies to paste.
  5. Keep the puree aside. Take a kadai and add mustard n jeera. Let them spluttter. Add onions n saute. Add dhania powder, chole masala n ginger garlic paste n saute. Add tomato puree.let it cook for some time..
  6. Once the raw smell goes add chole. Dont throw water. Add tamarind paste. Add chilli powder and salt. Add coriander leaves. Cook for few minutes and switch off flame. Serve with kulcha....
