- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.beat egg and melt ghee.knead a soft dough.cover it and keep for least 1/2 hour.
- Make medium round balls from dough.keep in an opn tray covered under damp cloth for 15-20 mins. Then deep fry in oil till golden.
- Dip balls in sugar syrup. Then take out. Sprinkle almonds nuts slivers on top.
