Instructions to make Chole Kulche:
- Take half cup Warm water add 2tsp yeast, 1tsp sugar mix it well n wait till years activates..
- Once yeast is activated add 250grams maida n salt Knead it well (add water as per Your requirement) Apply some oil n keep aside for 30min..
- Make small dough balls N keep those ball to activate. Once the dough is activated make small kulcha of your choice round/oval. Make all your kulcha's n keep it aside.
- In a cooker add soaked Chole with 1/2cup water, oil, Turmeric powder n cover the cooker lid n take around 4-5 whistle..
- If there is extra water and the mixture is thin, then simmer till the chole/Mattar get a medium consistency. Mash the matar slightly with a wooden spoon..
- Add all the masala's mentioned above to the mixture including tamarind chutney n pudina chutney n mix well..
- In a pan add butter sliced green chili, Onion, Tomatoes n ginger n saute for around 3-4min. It's should not be over cooked. Later add chole/mattar mixture to it and cook for around 5min.
- Tip: Instead of frying onion n tomatoes you can add them raw. I personally didn't like having it like that when I tried it for 1st time. so had fried them lightly n added to the mixture.
- Before serving in a pan add spread little butter,Chopped Coriander n fry Your kulcha's until golden brown n then serve with chole.
- Your dish is now ready to serve..
