  2. Now, take a bowl and mix dhania jira powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chole masala and amchur powder properly. Keep it aside..
  3. Take a pan and add 2 tablespoon of oil. Then add cumin seeds, onion and tomato pieces, garlic cloves, ginger paste and green chillies. Add little salt to cook veggies..
  4. Now, add 1 tablespoon of combined masalas and little water in the veggies and again cook them by covering lid. let the mixture cool and grind it in the mixture grinder..
