- {Make ready 500 gms of Penaeid prawns or tiger prawns.
- {Prepare 4-5 spoons of Mustard Cream.
- {Make ready 1 nos of Egg.
- {Get 2 tsp of Gram flour.
- {Take 2-3 spoons of Curd.
- {Make ready 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- {Take As required of Bamboo sticks (soaked in water).
- {Take 1/2 spoon of Turmeric powder.
- {Prepare 1/2 spoon of Coriander powder.
- {Make ready 1 spoon of Red chilli powder.
- {Get to taste of Salt.
- {Take As per taste of Chaat masala.
- {Get As per taste of Lemon.
- {Prepare As required of Mustard oil.
Steps to make Maverick’s prawns:
- Wash the prawns nicely make a slit on the side and fill in the mustard cream. Take a bowl keep all the mustard cream filled prawns in that bowl, add all the ingredients to itmix well and marinate for 25-30 mins..
- After 30 mins take the bamboo sticks & start sewing 3-4 prawns in a stick. Similarly keep all the sticks ready..
- Take a pan keep it on to medium heat, add 2-3 sticks at a time & shallow fry them from both the sides till they are cooked completely. Add chaat masala..
- You can serve them with the egg clouds as I did in my picture..
