  17. Heat a griddle or a tawa. Place the kulcha on the tawa..
  18. Cook one side partly till its 1/4 cooked. Flip and cook the other side till its 1/2 cooked..
  19. Apply ghee or oil on both sides of kulcha whilst cooking..
  20. Cook them till it gets golden spots and is evenly cooked. Make all kulchas this way..
  21. Serve them hot or warm with chole Masala..
