  2. Pressure cook the chole for minutes in low flame till soft. Open the cooker and check the chole. It should easily mash if pressed between finger. DO NOT THROW AWAY THE WATER. Keep the chole aside as it is..
  3. In a kadhai heat 2 tbspn oil or ghee. Add chopped onion and saute till it becomes golden brown. Now add finely chopped ginger and green chilllies. Saute a bit and add tomatoes..
