  3. Now add chole masala,garam masala,cumin powder,coriander powder,salt mix well..till it looks like gravy..add little water..so the masalas don't get burnt..now add chickpeas with water..and cook on low flame...
  4. Once it starts drying the water..with spoon mash few of chickpeas so that it will thicken more in gravy..and will get an osum texture...
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve..with soft puris...
