- {Get of chana dal.
- {Prepare of haldi.
- {Prepare of red kashmiri chilli powder.

- {Get of bay leaf.

Instructions to make Chole/Chana masala:
- Soak the chick peas overnight.Next day pressure cook by adding bay leaf, tea bag.add water and cook for 5 to 6 whistle..
- Cool down cooker and check the chick peas are cooked..
- Heat a pan add oil add onion and saute it then add tomato and cook for sometime when oil seprates from the side add all masala and mix it properly. Then add boiled chick peas (remove the tea bag and bay leaf) and mix it properly. Add salt as per taste.cook for 5 min on low flame.
- Remove it in serving bowl,garnish with fresh coriander and top with green chilli and onion.
- Enjoy with garam.garam puri or paratha..
